What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to tell us, when your interview is.

Why we collect it

To email you when Panel Ready opens, and to understand how soon people need interview practice. We don't sell your data or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify. We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or until we close the waitlist.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to waitlist signups. It may set cookies and send Meta information about your visit, such as the page viewed and whether you signed up. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Reply to any email we send you, or message the Panel Ready Facebook Page, and we'll act on it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
